Realtor email signature examples

Five free realtor signature examples for listing agents, buyer's agents, managing brokers, teams and luxury specialists. Real Wren templates with fictional agents. Copy the layout; keep your license.

Short answer
A working realtor signature has your name, license number, brokerage, phone, and one link — typically your listings page or a scheduling tool. State-required license disclosure comes first; personality comes second.

What to include

  • · Full name and your state-required title (Realtor, Broker, Agent).
  • · License number in the format your state board requires.
  • · Brokerage name — often required to be at least as prominent as your own.
  • · Direct dial and email; brokerage address if compliance requires it.
  • · One link: listings, tour booking, or a subscribe page.

And what to leave out

  • · Four social icons and a QR code. Pick one platform and one link.
  • · Every award you have ever won. One credential line is enough.
  • · Stock 'call me' graphics — they trip spam filters more than they help.
  • · Personal home address (safety).

One common mistake

Burying the license number in tiny grey text at the bottom. Most state boards require it be clearly readable — put it on the title line, not in a legal footer.

Common questions

What must a realtor email signature include?

Your name, title, license number, brokerage name and phone. In most US states this is a compliance requirement, not a preference — check your state real estate board's rules.

Do I need the equal-housing or REALTOR logos?

In some jurisdictions or brokerage policies, yes. In email a text disclosure is usually equivalent and more reliable across mail clients — imagery breaks first when a recipient has images off.

Should I include Zillow or my MLS profile?

Only if you actively maintain it. A stale Zillow profile with two-year-old listings does more harm than good. Link to your own site or team page when possible.

How prominent should social be?

Real estate is a personal-brand business, so social matters more than in most industries. LinkedIn plus one primary platform (usually Instagram) is the right balance — not four icons.

Different signature for buyer vs. seller clients?

Not usually. Keep one polished signature that includes both a phone and a scheduling or tour link. Speak to the audience in the body, not in a second signature.
