Wren is a small, independent, founder-run product built in Stockholm, Sweden. No investors steering the roadmap, no sales team on commission, no enterprise-y checklist we're chasing. Just a signature tool we wanted to exist.
Why Wren exists
Every team we've worked in sends thousands of emails a week — and almost none of them look consistent. Half the signatures are stale, a third are missing, and the one place a company could actually speak in every outbound message is wasted on "Sent from my iPhone".
Signatures are the most-seen surface a company owns and usually its most inconsistent. So Wren does two small things well: one design system for the signature everyone installs once, and one controllable banner space under it that a marketer can update without asking anyone. No IT project, no admin console, no rollout meeting.
What we actually believe
- No mailbox access, ever. Wren never connects to your inbox. Signatures install by copy-paste, once per teammate. No OAuth into email, no SMTP relay, no admin takeover.
- Free builder, no account needed. Anyone can design a signature and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail without signing up. That's the whole builder, not a teaser.
- Flat pricing, no per-seat games. One price for a team, one price for a bigger team. Adding a teammate doesn't change your bill.
- EU-hosted. Database and file storage run on managed infrastructure inside the European Union. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
