Terms

The deal, in plain English.

These are Wren's terms of service, written as a normal conversation rather than a wall of capitalised legalese. By using Wren you agree to what's below.

The service

Wren is an email-signature and banner-campaign tool for teams. You design a signature, install it in your mail client yourself, and choose which banner sits under it. The images are hosted by us so they stay crisp and update everywhere.

Your content stays yours

The signature details, logos, photos and banner artwork you upload are yours. You give us the limited licence we need to host and serve them so the signatures work in your teammates' mailboxes — nothing more. You can delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wren for:

  • Anything illegal.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • Impersonating a person or company you don't represent.
  • Content that harasses, defames, or infringes someone else's rights.

If we see abuse, we can remove the content or suspend the account. We'll usually tell you why.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from your account — no phone call, no retention pitch. When you cancel, your installed signatures keep working (the HTML is already in your mailbox) and your banner falls back to a transparent pixel until you subscribe again.

Every new team starts with a 14-day trial of Team, no card required. Nothing charges automatically.

As-is, and the liability cap

Wren is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from your use of Wren is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. If you're on the free plan, that number is zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page. If the change is significant, we'll also let you know by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably goes to the competent Swedish courts.
