Central brand control

The canonical design lives in Wren. Every teammate's signature is a render of it — same layout, same logo, same color, same font.

One design, forty renders

Pick a template, set logo, brand color, layout, sign-off. Teammates fill in only what changes about them — name, title, photo, phone.

Rebrand in one edit

New logo or new color? Update the master. Every teammate's next email carries the new version — no reinstall.

Shared banner space

Every signature has room for a hosted banner underneath. Swap it for a launch, an event or a hiring push. Live for everyone the moment you save.

Wren never touches your mailbox

No mail-server integration, no OAuth to Gmail or Microsoft 365, no directory sync. Each teammate installs their signature once from a personal link that opens their mail client's settings. That means no IT project, no tenant permissions, no admin console to keep current. It also means install is a five-minute step per person — the honest trade for zero server access.

Forty templates to start from

Quiet, bold, photo-forward, minimal. Sort by voice or industry. Every field is editable in the studio.

Common questions

What makes a signature actually corporate — not just fancy?

Consistency. Every teammate uses the same layout, logo, font and color; only name, title, photo and phone change. When the brand refreshes or the campaign banner switches, one edit updates the whole company. That's the difference between a corporate signature program and 40 people each maintaining their own.

Does Wren need access to our mailboxes?

No. Wren never reads or sends mail. Each teammate installs their signature once from a personal link that opens directly in Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail's settings. No admin console, no OAuth to the mail server, no directory sync. That's a deliberate design choice — the trade-off is that install is a one-time five-minute step per person instead of zero-touch.

How does the shared brand banner work?

Every signature has room for a hosted banner image under it. You upload one image in the studio; every teammate's next email carries the new banner automatically — no re-copy, no reinstall. Swap it for a product launch, a case study, an event, or a hiring push whenever marketing wants.

What if someone edits their signature and breaks brand consistency?

The install link installs the signature as read-only HTML into the mail client. Teammates can still technically edit their local pasted copy — no signature tool short of server-side injection can stop that — but the canonical design lives in Wren, and updates propagate from there on the next install or banner swap. In practice, most teammates never touch it once installed.

Is this for a small company or a large one?

Wren fits companies of about 5 to 100 people. Below 5, a shared HTML file in Notion is fine. Above 100, especially with compliance requirements and a real IT function, server-side tools like Exclaimer or CodeTwo are the right shape — they inject the signature at the mail server and integrate with directory sync. Wren sits deliberately in the middle: enough control for a modern brand, none of the enterprise setup.
